A misunderstanding about "kooi fiif" or tank four, and a shout across the brining room that she had no idea how to interpret, until a colleague explained that shouting means "stop". We talk about how non-verbal communication is sometimes clearer than words, and why it's harder to ask follow-up questions in a group than one-on-one.
